Recent concert attendees at a performance of pop star, Beyonce Knowles, ended up in the hospital when they got the brunt of a pyrotechnical snafu in their front row seats during a show over the weekend. Minor injuries were reported by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch for the two concert goers, however, Beyonce still took it upon herself to surprise them at the hospital with an impromptu visit in the emergency room at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
